Randy Orton is a very popular and successful American professional wrestler who fights in the WWE category. He was born in the year 1980 on the 1st of April. He hails from a family of wrestlers where his father, grandfather and uncle have all been professional wrestlers. He started wrestling at a very early age and his father trained him. He joined Ohio Valley Wrestling and became the Ohio Valley Wrestling Hardcore champion on two occasions. He quickly gained fame and recognition as he was a terrific wrestler and had a lot of potential in the international circuit.
Randy Orton then signed a contract with World Wrestling Entertainment and he fought in the Smackdown arena. His entry into the scene was immediately followed by his joining the Evolution team that featured other wrestling greats like Ric Flair and Triple H. he made important contribution toward the success of the team and the stable became pretty strong side. However, the group was soon dissolved following problems within the wrestlers. Orton continues his good run in the WWE and even went on to become the heavyweight champion and also the youngest one at that aged on 24. He defeated Chris Benoit in his title match, Chris is one of the most respected wrestlers in the WWE circuit but Orton was arrogant and insolent and landed heavy blows on him including hid trademark shot the RKO which won him the match and the title.
After winning the world heavyweight championship there was a lot of excitement among the group members in evolution and the newcomer Batista even held him up in his shoulder followed by Thumbs Up signs and congratulations by Triple H. the group was seen as an evil outfit who were very self centered and shrewd. This was again portrayed as Triple H signaled and Batista slammed him onto the mat and started beating him. Triple H wanted the heavyweight title for himself and he wanted Randy Orton to give him the title but Orton refuse and spat on his face and from then on the Evolution Stable was dissolved.
Randy Orton has been judged as one of the most talented wrestlers of the new generation and he is still fairly young and has yet made quite a mark in the WWE scene. His fan following has grown considerably and he has also made himself fitter and stronger by continued practice and hard work.
